Graduate of the Faculty of Economics at the University of Warsaw. In 1999 he was qualified as a master of science based on his thesis entitled "Restructuring and privatisation of the Polish oil industry". Working with the Gdańsk Institute for Market Economics since 1998. At present, he deals with an assessment of investment risks, surveys on economic standing and sectoral studies. He co-operates with Polish dailies: Rzeczpospolita and Parkiet.
